We're finally in the era of the idea guy, where the visionaries can also be the builders. I love building and operating technology ventures, especially in high-stakes markets where the problems are real and the existing options aren't great.
I created YV Consulting as the vehicle to execute on my ideas and the umbrella for the ventures below. My patents and proprietary work are held through Fidaris, my holding company, named for the Latin root for trust, to hold in good faith. The best work usually comes from staying close to a problem most people overlook, and being willing to build the unglamorous thing that actually fixes it.
